How long does it take to make and send my order?

Your Scrapies are uniquely crafted just for you. Please allow 14–16 days for crafting and dispatch <3
When will i receive my order?

Shipping time depends on where you live. On average, under normal customs conditions, most Scrapies arrive within 7–28 business days after being shipped.
Can my Scrapies cases look exactly like the image?

Each case is handmade and adapted to your phone model, so the layout may shift slightly. The design, vibe, and core elements will match what you see, but tiny differences make your Scrapies truly one-of-a-kind and uniquely yours.
How to take care of my Scrapies cases?

Resin is strong, but it still needs some love. Here’s how to care for it:

  • Resin is water-resistant, not waterproof.
  • Keep away from direct sunlight for long periods to prevent discoloration.
  • Avoid extreme heat or humidity.
  • Keep perfumes, sanitizers, lotions, and chemicals away from the case.
  • Resin is durable but can chip or crack if mishandled, please treat gently.
  • Don’t bend the case aggressively or press on the embedded items.
  • Don’t try to remove anything embedded in the resin.
  • The resin used is non-toxic and safe for daily use.
Will my case turn yellow over time?

Short answer: very minimally and much slower than regular clear cases.

Because SCRAPY cases use a TPU bumper + PC back (not silicone), they are far less prone to yellowing.

Here’s what you can expect:

  • The PC back (hard plastic) is highly resistant to yellowing and stays clear for a long time.
  • The TPU bumper (the soft edges) may naturally develop a slight warm tint over time , this happens with all TPU materials globally due to UV exposure and oxygen.

This process is normal and depends on how you use the case:

  • long hours in direct sunlight
  • heat exposure (hot cars, hot environments)
  • high humidity
  • contact with oils, lotions, hand creams, sanitizers, etc.
